Refund policy

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us by email at:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

• Items must be returned exclusively via the courier service used by our atelier. Returns sent using any other carrier will not be accepted due to insurance limitations

• Atelier Edmond is not responsible for loss or damage to items returned using a courier service other than the one designated by our atelier

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refunds apply to the product price only
