By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products
Atelier Edmond offers modern jewelry pieces, accessories, and vintage timepieces.

Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, or handcrafted and vintage characteristics. Such variations do not constitute defects.
All products are subject to availability.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally.
Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method and are provided as estimates only. Atelier Edmond is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Atelier Edmond has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
9. Vintage Watches
Atelier Edmond may offer vintage or pre-owned watches for sale. Due to their age and original manufacturing standards, vintage watches may display signs of wear consistent with normal use and the passage of time.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

11. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
12. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs.
We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
13. Warranty & Care
Our jewelry and accessories are crafted with care using quality materials. Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered by warranty.
